Inferior Service Quality

I purchased a whole lot of goods on Sunday 10 Nov and agreed with Dominique that it would be delivered at about 11:00 AM on Monday.By 1:00 PM there was still no delivery and I called Dominique who advised that there were delays. I would have appreciated a call advising of the delays instead of just being left to hang around waiting as it it not easy to arrange someone to receive the delivery. At about 4:00 PM the goods arrived but 3 items were missing: 2 x 20kg Adhesive and 1 X Shower Door. In addition the 2 loose Moonstone Mosaics appear to be rejects. I do understand that mistakes happen but the whole experience including poor quality of service and terrible communication just really frustrates me. I feel like Customer Care ended as soon as I swiped my card at the store. I dont like being taken for granted. Please investigate and/or practice some Total Quality Management solutions instead of inconveniencing both yourselves and your customer.
