THEY DONT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS

I placed an order on 11/12 and send a mail to advising that I need the goods as a Christmas gift before 24/12. On 23 /12, I contacted them and was advised delivery will only take place 31/12. Needless to say, I requested management intervention, (which I am still waiting on). Today 31/12 I phoned them requesting confirmation of delivery, the agent advised she cannot confirm. Where does this leave me? Still no delivery? Where is my order? why can't you advise what is really happening? Order was not a small amount either and it seems our monies are being sat on while goods are not delivered and the agents have a no care attitude. This goes against our consumer rights see below:
1.Right to Equality in the Consumer Market and Protection Against Discriminatory Marketing Practice
3.Right to Choose
4.Right to Disclosure of Information;
5.Right to Fair and Responsible Marketing
6.Right to Fair and Honest Dealing;
7.Right to Fair, Just and Reasonable Terms and Conditions;
8.Right to Fair Value, Good Quality and Safety; and
9.Right to Accountability by Suppliers.
Come on! You have been doing this to the majority of customers.and need to take accountability. You' ve failed us BIG time!
