Continuation to my previous report... no words!!!

It is now a month later from my initial complaint "Late delivery and poor quality of goods...". this would mean that i am now waiting 3 months for items that i purchased.
i have been contacted by numerous people all promising the exact same thing "we will contact you within a day or 2 to arrange delivery". still waiting...
I have just paid my second instalment on the items purchased and yet they have not yet been delivered / replaced.
I will never again deal with furniture city!!!
