Disgusted with the poor service given by Thandi

On Sat, Jet Lakeside, I was disgusted by the service we were given by Thandi, didn't greet us, complain that we were nuisance coming to the shop when its nearly time for her to go, will burn her incense that will make every1 of us leave that shop & said that security where irritating her for not closing the door & letting some woman walk in then classify her as a fool going around in circle at the shop not knowing what she wants, after scanning our items looked at me; didn't ask how was I going to pay, I pointed my ID& card she just went off, hitting the table & asking us why didn't we tell her how to do her job, we were wasting her time, I don't get where do you get this sorry excuse of an assistant to help yr customers & bring the good name of Edcon down. She was laughing with her colleagues while doing this telling them that "She is capable of solving people cause she doesn't take s from anyone." If this is how Thandi treats your customers she needs CS training because this is reflecting badly on your company's reputation. A response would be great, action taken even better; I am appalled by the level of service & arrogance she gives Edcon customers...
