RUDENESS

I called Perfect 10 at Columbine Square to reschedule my mother's appointment for the next day as my mother was busy and would not make her appointment on time. The very rude lady said that she will try (in a very rude way). I asked if there were any appointment times available. She said that she couldn't check now as she was busy with a client and she would call me back. Which i do respect, but i have to reiterate how absolutely rude she was. I then continued to ask if i could give her my Cell phone number so that she could call me back. She then screamed at me saying that she would call me back. I asked how could she phone me back if she didnt have my number. She screamed saying that it was on the system. I then told her again that i was phoning on behalf of my mother, and it was my mother's number that she had on the system. Once again, being completely rude, she said "GIVE ME YOUR NUMBER". I then told her that I will not be making an appointment with them as no one deserves such rudeness from anyone.
