I was at Dream Nails on Saturday for a new set of nails. After my nails was done and I got home I saw that my whole right hand was not glazed.. I went back on Sunday morning to have it fixed. The lady working at reception on Sunday was very accommodating and immediately assisted me, and arranged for the mistake to be rectified. One of my nails was still not 100%, so on Monday I went back to have it fixed. Jeanette was more that willing to quickly fix it... her next client was not there yet so she had time to help me. It wasn't even going to take 2 minutes. However Annerine refused for her to help me and insisted that I make an appointment, which was for 4 hours later. While she was raising her voice at me and having an argument with me, Jeanette could have been finished with my nail, because 10 minutes later .. her next was still not there.. I would have completely understood if she was busy with a client. It is extremely frustrating to pay R400 for a set of nails every month and half the time I have to go back because they lift .. or they are not glazed etc. I have been a client for many years, I do not appreciate being treated like that and being inconvenienced like this!
