Bad customer service from Thandi

I've been holding for 20 min on the customer service line then decided to call the sales department cause I was in need of my other contract number cause I was @ the bank trying to pay my account and I kindly asked Thandi to give me my contract numbers and she refused said I needed to call customer, told her I can't cause i needed to do the payment now cause I didn't have time. I had to call another agent Karabo to assist me .. I'm very dispointed in Thandi behavior to wards clients .???
