Firstly they didn't want to exchange my child's dress & gave me a stinking attitude & senseless reasons. After finally exchanging it they make the most careless mistake. They left a pin on my child's dress. Very careless & irresponsible. Poor service at its best. I'm utterly disgusted right now.
