No Customer Service

I visited @Home Sandton City on Saturday and tried to buy a table. After enquiring from the manager, Cindy, it was made know orders are only available in 7 working days no exceptions. I noted that previously i received orders in 4 days how was it possible then The manager went on saying theres no exceptions and they are quicker then any other store, which is untrue. Upon mentioning that she implied that i should rather shop at other stores then. Her attitude was very arrogant and unaccommodating. This has been the worst service i ever received. after an hour the store was still not able to accommodate me and refused to discount or waiver delivery chargers. This store only regard sales as important not customers! No one followed up on Monday to see if they can make a plan for earlier delivery, it is the customers role to follow up
