Why I don't shop at Northgate Branch

I have walked out of PicknPay Nothgate on numerous occasions and every time I go there it is purely just because I happen to be in the centre. Tonight was the last time. That store will never see me again and I am starting to think why should I support any of the other branches? At 17:45 the tills start shutting one after the other and the lines just get... longer! We all want to get home! Yes, the staff too but then why not shut the door at 17:30 and keep the tills open to 18:00? And dare you say something the staff are rude and unhelpful and the managers are probably all upstairs counting their money. Tonight was the LAST time I set foot in that store!!! Why don't SPAR or Checkers have these issues?
