Zelda Area Manager - Going Extra Mile

We would like to infom all where we received horrible service from an in store manager (Cindy - Sandton Branch) which was insulting to our intelligence and degrading to us and we walked out of that store vouching never to shop at any @Home storer ever again. We contacted Nikki from the Group who in turn had the Area Service Manager (Zelda) to call us. She went out of her way to reaffirm that @Home is still a good place to deal with even though certain individuals such Cindy give a bad impression on the Brand
