SERVICE EXCELLENCE AT ROCHESTER NORTHGATE

There are very few stores that provide a high quality service to a customer. The Rochester store that opened up in Northgate is one of these stores. I visited the Rochester store at Northgate on Friday (19th April) and as I entered, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman, Vincent. He was very helpful and assisted me efficiently with my purchase of a dining room suite.

My delivery was scheduled for Saturday (20th April). The delivery date was important as I was having guests over for dinner that evening. I received a call from the Rochester distribution department on Saturday morning and was advised that the delivery will take place and they will call me an hour before they arrive at my premises. I spent the entire day waiting for the delivery which never happened.

I returned to the store on Sunday morning to cancel my purchase. I was greeted by an apologetic Vincent who tried his level best to sort out the situation which I really appreciated. Mr Kombo Watyoka (manager) then stepped in and I was amazed at his professionalism and sincerity.

He assured me that delivery will happen on Monday and I agreed to this arrangement.

Excellent service at this store!!!
