Unacceptable level of service

Owing to the Rivonia branch burning down, we were advised to use the Boksburg branch. From very beginning the service levels have been disappointing and seem to be getting progressively worse.

To date I have made 2 appointments (22nd of Sep and 07th of Nov) both with Emily. Upon arrival of both appointments Emily has been unavailable (day off and moved to a different branch). I was not advised before hand and no reassignment of consultants was done. We were basically left to assist ourselves on both occasions.

One of my Bridesmaid dresses was transferred from the PTA to the Boksburg branch, which I settled in full before transfer was done. Thereafter, I was advised that I was till owing R800, this indicates maladministration.

The same Bridesmaid went in store today for her fitting. The staff could not find her dress, therefore wasting her time and money as she is travelling from Fourways. The dress was found 1 hour later, after my Bridesmaid had left. I had confirmed arrival of the dress 3 weeks prior, therefore indicating poor prep for an appointment and maladministration.

This level of service is purely unacceptable! I am seriously worried about our next appointment
