Good customer service

On the 8th November I went to purchase clothing and some other items, unfortunately by the time I got to edgars it was almost closing time. I had picked up my items that I needed and my husband saw a shoe that he liked. I asked someone to assist and he said that he did not know abt the shoes and the stock room was already locked.he went to find someone to help me but was the last we saw him, he never came back.

Zwelihe who was cashing noticed that we were the last ones in the shop and came to assist us. He got the stock room key and got out the size we were looking for. He at no stage was rude or irritated with us. He assisted us to the best of his ability. THANK YOU ZWELIHLE FOR SUCH GOOD SERVICE.

EDCON: Please hire more people like Zwelihle. It will do wonders
