Bad attitude from branch manage

I recently had a bridal shower / lingerie party. I received lots of the same underwear as gifts, so I decided to take the sets with me to your Southgate branch to find out whether the manager would be kind enough to allow me to exchange them for something else.
I was rudely informed by her that underwear cannot be exchanged due to hygienic reasons, which I understand, but you definitely did not have to do it with such attitude. I am completely disgusted with her mannerism or the lack thereof. I too am a manager of a retail business, and that's not the way to speak to a customer. You have a shocking attitude women, you require more customer service training.
You definitely do NOT deserve your next promotion...
