Truworths gives TRU service

Thank you to the staff at Truworths IT department - they sorted my query out politely and speedily - a rarity indeed in SA in 2013. I also would like to say - love love love your clothes Truworths - you are the only department type store that offers such a fabulous variety - you beat Foschini, Woolworths and Edgars hands down every single month without fail. Not only are your selections and variety way above par the quality of your product is excellent. Instore I have found your staff a pleasure to deal with (Eastgate Centre). My only remark on improvement would be your lingerie section at Eastgate Centre - well there really isn't one to speak of - the product you do have there is lovely - but there is either too little of it or (and this most of the time) no staff in this department to assist with ones queries. Truworths, in South Africa women spend a fortune monthly on underwear-we live in an era of women enjoying and being proud of their sexuality-so come on and join the party-give us a proper lingerie department at Eastgate - you could even have special underwear parties for your new ranges-just like you do for sale items at 12h00 - except in this case perhaps at 18h00
