Lack of account and bad attitude

For weeks I have been struggling to get my account from Jet. I have several times called the contact centre.
I indicated that the account must be send to my e-mail address. Because I did not receive an account (after several phone calls) I then requested that it be sent to my postal address but to no avail. I then contacted the call centre again to enquire what the problem is. The consultant became aggressive, would not allow me to speak and then she just put the phone down. People please be aware of opening an account with Jet. They are very quick to add interest to outstanding amounts and as a Jet client, agents constantly phone me to sell life cover etc. However merely requesting a bill in order to settle it is a impossible task.
