Financial Mail not delivered since Sep 2012

Hi,

I have been a subscriber to the Financial Mail for about 5 years - excluding the 2 years when I was a student at university.

I changed my delivery address for my Financial Mail in Aug/Sep12 but the magazine was not delivered to my new address. I made several calls to the call centre (Ref No: 6343291) and all the call centre staff I spoke to promised phone me back - but never did. I got a friend at Business Day to get me a direct contact at in the Client Liason department. Someone phoned in December to tell my account would be credited with all the subscriptions I did not receive and that they would make sure that I receive my mag. To date; I still have not received my weekly magazine, there hasn't been any credit in my bank account from Avusa, but they have been charging me every month!

I made another call today (25Jan13) to follow up. I was given the same story; they confirmed my delivery address, promised to credit my bank account, promised the get the regional manager to phone and apologised for the inconvenience.

It's sickening!!
