I have called the callcentre on numerous ocassions, and incorrect information was given to me, i have asked speak to an supervisor an no response was received, there service are phathetic az employees are not competent, i was put through from pilar to post, i lost loads of Airtime on one simple query.
Please if you can help to get this message through to train staff ln compentency levels
