Sick of ABSAs bad attitude

I have had enough. I am sick and tired of getting RUDE, REVOLTING phone callls from the ABSA Call centre!!! I have been requesting statements for my Credit Card for 2 YEARS NOW!!! I am still yet to receive one. I have tried giving two different email addresses and a postal address and I AM YET TO RECEIVE ONE STATEMENT!!

To top it I have requested that ABSA DO NOT CONTACT me on the landline number provided. I have a right and I DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR ABSA TO CONTACT ME ON THAT NUMBER. ABSA have a cell phone number which they can contact me on.

During this conversation the woman who contacted me was so rude. This was when I requested to speak to her superviser who WAS JUST AS RUDE!!! After requesting her to remove the number from the system she says to me that if my account wasnt in arrears they would not have to call me. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS. WHAT THE HECK!!!

Cancelling my accounts with ABSA was the best thing I ever did. You people are rude, ungratefull and just plain disrepectful.
