I received funeral policy documents from egdars posted in march to my home address..i just realised every month they charging me for the funeral policy to my edgars acc, i called egdars call centre to quiry about this as i dont remeber taking a funeral plan with them, i asked them whats gonna happen with the money theyve been charging for all this months since march, they told me they have to send an email to the branch where they offered me funeral policy which is dobsonville.they need the contract where i signed as a proof to show i realy took the policy, they promised they will get back to me.its 2 months now im still waiting..i even went to the branch they telling me they busy investigating the matter their call centre will contact me..its pathetic service.i need them to give me the money they were charging to my acc for all this month
