I paid for an e-book, and waited for an acknowledgement of receipt which never came. when I called they said I should email them proof of payment. What??? Isn't this automated?
I emailed it and when I called after another hour of waiting, the offices were closed!! You're an online shop for crying out loud. Buying an intangible product like an ebook should take just a few minutes. I am quite irritated by this.
