I have an account with Jet and recently I noticed additional R50 that was included on my account every month and when I checked my statement I discovered I had a policy (Hospital cash back plan) that I had no knowledge of. I had never taken such and I do not know who enrolled me for such. I thought it was just human error I called and cancelled the policy. 2 days ago I receive another letter confirming that I have now taken a family funeral plan, again I have no knowledge of this. This is pure rip off because I can not keep on checking my statements and calling to cancel covers that I know for a fact that I did not take. I called to cancel this 1 as well but I feel soon there might be another 1 coming as even the agent who helped me cancel the policy (she gave me good service and explained to me though) had no clue as to who is doing this as she can't see who opened the cover.

I would like to know or rather steps must be taken against this as this is pure according to me as my details are being used without my consent and I have to pay every month for something I have no knowledge of. I really am not happy with this
