Deducting Insurance without my knowledge ()

ABSA bank has deducting money from my vehicle account without my knowledge. When i called their AIP 0860053421 number i was told that they tried to phone me and wasn't reachable (yet my phone is always on and if unreachable my voice mail is active) and they inform me they sent me a letter asking for my insurance. all along i have been paying more on my instalment only to get call from ABSA vehicle finance that my account is in arrears because ABSA imposed () an insurance on my car without my knowledge. Now they dont want to re-reimburse my money. The question is, 'How does a financial institution like ABSA impose and deduct money from customers without their knowledge? Isn't this? and the fact that they tell me they cant re-reimburse my money". I want my money back and my vehicle account No. is 77555078.
