300g in bucket in stead of 600g

We bought 2 buckets of "Gums Galore" at the store this weekend.
When I opened the second bucket I realised that it was very low compared to the first one - and I weighed it.
300g in stead of 600g?
The bucket was sealed; and I took pictures. - Not a happy client with this.
