Horrible Service - Will not buy from them again!!!

During 2011 I bought 3 items from Morkels. The first items purchased was a lounge suit and a Plasma TV, a few months later I also bought a washing machine. All these purchases was on credit. A few months after the purchases I settled both accounts in full. Within a month after this I returned the lounge suit due to a defect, the branch notified me that I would have to come in and choose another suit as the current one cannot be replaced. After around 3 months I started receiving accounts that showed my account is in arrears for the new suit. After stuggeling to get hold of customer care the said that the system showed one account in credit and the other one in debit and that the system will automatically update and the one account will then cancel the other one. Then for the following 5 to 6 months a received at least three calls every week to make arrangements for payment on my "Arrear account", all the while my account was settled in full??
Finally, after speaking to maybe 20 people and spending hours on hold while trying to contact the customer care this seems to be sorted. The problem is no my credit profile shows negative entires against my name for accounts in arrears??
