My Wife & I purchased a lounge suit from Coricraft in May this year, after TEN WEEKS we eventually received our lounge suit, the NEXT DAY the stitching came lose. we complained and were advised that the entire set would be replaced. Two months plus later they delivered our second lounge suit, the two seater couch was torn / cut, we did not accept it. After threatening them another two months later this Saturday past 19 October 2013, they delivered our third lounge suit. The one and three seater seemed second hand, the wrapping was old, the leather was faded and the leather was cut in places as well, it also seems the leather treatment was not done. We have now done what we said and cancelled the debit order. The unit we are currently using seems to be very rickety if that's the word, everything seems to be loose and worn after a few months. Coricraft has two options, one refund the money paid so far and come collect their lounge suit we no longer want, or leave it where it is and never see another cent from us.
