Poor workmanship. Poor quality, Bad attetude!

I bought a lounge suit last year. After 3 months I had to complain on Hello Peter about the cusions going flat, the material raffled and I had a notebook full of. Guess what I have been to again. Ellerines decided to exchange the suit after the Hello Peter report. When taking delivery Jaco bragged about the quality of the new suit and that it has a 3 year guarantee. They took in the old suit. I asked what will happen with it as it on display. Jaco said it will be returned, he asked Ellerines not to buy from this company again. Today I was smiled upon when going into the store to complain that the new suit was collapsing from the inside. The reason for the smile? : I have to contact customer care as the guarantee expired on the 24 November 2013. What supprised me more was that my old lounge suit is still on display!
