I bought a tribunk, queen bed and a full lounge suit

1. i had to send the tribunk back as it was damaged and they gave me the sample that was lying in the warehouse, that took 1 month to be replaced.

2. the lounge suit not even 2 months started falling in and breaking

i then called them, they collected, after 3 weeks went by no one called me i called them they said they don't know whats happening they will call me back, still NO call back so i called again, then the manager said it will be 6-8 weeks to be repaired, so i asked why is it been repaired and not replaced as this is a brand new lounge suit, they had attitude and to this day no one is seen to my problem...
