Promised delivery not being honoured

I opened up an account with Bears on Friday 25th October 2013, contracts signed everything done. Was advised that delivery will happen by tuesday 1st November 2013. I get called on tuesday to be advised that there was an error when processing my order and i need to come in the store to sign again. Desperately needing furniture, i went back the next day to sign again. Again i was told that delivery will be done by fri 4th November. Friday came and went, no delivery. Monday, tuesday, no delivery. I was advised that drivers r delayed but its not known where nd why nd there is no number i can call to find out whats going on. This is unacceptable service especially considering im a first tym customer. This whole experience has dampened my views about Bears nd their service. I will certainly not be giving you repeat service nor be recommending you to any1. Im really disappointed nd I have been sleeping on the floor 4 the past 6nights because my bed will not be delivered.
