Employees@Fashion Express Need CUS Servic Training

On the 26.10.2013 I went to Fashion Express in Town Plein Street I saw a nice takkie but there was no size 3 on the floor I asked the sales assistant if they have a size 3 she reply with a cheeky tone 'whatever is there that's all we have' that was her reply as angry as I was with the way she spoke to I let go. I went to the tellers to pay for 1pair of shoes, I had that takkie with as well, I asked the cashier lady BIANCA if she could please check for me on the system which branch that has a size? She looked at me with a face and said with a cheeky voice just wait a second' she went to the back assuming she went to the store room she came back with the size i wanted&ordered me to take back the1 i had were i found it. Now that's no way to speak with a customer, I kept quite and took the takkie back as per instruction. I ask why did that lady on the floor said ther was no size3she could have just said she will go and check at the storeroom if there is a size3or not? Ther other teller who looked like a 50year old who has manners, she replied she said with a silly tone 'and so, the reason why the she said that its bcoz these shoes r sold quickly.
