Account settled and yet ITC still reflects its not

Homechoice (HC) had listed me on ITC as bad payer after settling the account (Acc). I called them on the 16/7/13 I's told they'll contact me via e-mail but nothing happened. I called on the 22/7/13 I was told to call 011-2537274 Norman Bisset attorney's after trying for several days, I was advised that the Acc was closed. I should contact HC.I called HC on 26/08/13 & spoke to Shirley with Ref-12080583 she at the time spoke to her supervisor & advised that the Acc's closed as it was settled. I then requested for a paid up letter, she said it'll take 2 to 3days to send one & she'll request it & send via e-mail, again nothing happened. I called HC to follow up on the letter; I's instead referred to Ade Vos & Co. I spoke with Natasha & she sent me a statement, based on the statement I's contacted via e-mail on the following dates13/12/11, 27/01/12, 10/03/12, 8/05/12, 11/06/12, 1/08/2012, & outstanding commission dated 27/08/13.I then requested for proof of actual communication, nothing happened. On 4/09/13 Bongeka (Nimble Group) e-mailed, indicating that the account was forwarded to the relevant department that I'd liaise with Zieyaard, she also adviced (4/09/13) that the Acc was closed.
