Name still not removed on ITC

Hello Peter, my name is Ms XP Thabethe, i need your assistance regarding a bad service which is affecting my credit record. I settled my loan account with ABSA on the 20th May 2013 after i received a settlement discount from a consultant Mrs Bester, she promised to send me a paid up letter as soon as the money reflects on the system. She then called me the following day confirming that the payment reflects but their e-mail is down she can only ask her Supervisor to fax the letter. The issue dragged till end of winter July, i called them again i was told that the letter was faxed and anyway, it should have been posted by then. Nomfundo the supervisor said she will re-fax and their e-mail is still not working, till last week when i found out that my name has not been removed on ITC . I called their call centre i spoke to Irene she said Nomfundo works late shift but took all my details and promised that the letter will be e-mailed to me by the end of the day. Its been two weeks now. When i was in arrears i was called 3 to 4 times a day, now that they need to do the right thing, no-one is getting back to me. As for my name, is being dragged down the mud by ABSA
