On 18/02 at 11:02 am I called RCS and spoke to Chantal requesting a loan statement. I was told that I would receive it in 48 hours. A week later I had not received the statement. I called again and got through to Chantal once more (25/02 11:00 am). She told me the request had not been actioned and that she would get someone to send it to me urgently. My statement was e-mailed to me by Alfreda Swarts at 14:13. On the e-mailo from Alfreda an e-mail address was indicated to which queries could be sent. I had a query regarding my statement and sent a mail to the address to receive some clarity on 01/03 at 10:52 am. A week later I had still received no response and on 07/03 at 14:33 I forwarded the same e-mail again adding that if I did not get a response I would report the matter on Hello Peter. Nothing happened. I called again on 12/03 at 09:39 and spoke to a team leader (Aldaline) who said that she would investigate and call me back. She called at 10:03 letting my phone ring once (one ring) meaning I was not quick enough to answer the call. I called at 11:46 Aldaline asked if she could e-mail me feedback. To date I have had no response to my original e-mail or from Aldaline.
