I placed two back orders for books on 01/09/2013 and 28/09/2013 (order numbers: 0171000282/0171000296/0171000294) and I still haven't received any back order. I was promised that it wouldn't take longer than a month and that they would call me if my order was in. After a month I still haven't received any call from CNA Jacaranda Centre, Rietfontein. I went to the store to hear about my order and they said that they would call me and that I don't have to worry about the orders. I went to the store on 02/11/2013 to hear about my back orders and the lady told me that she would find out about my back order and will call me on 04/11/201, she still hasn't phoned me and it is a day later... I am really mad about this because I already paid for these orders and I still haven't received any feedback what so ever on my purchase and I feel that I am a valued customer to them.
