Highly unimpressed!!!

The service at the North Park centre branch was of very bad quality. It took a whole hour for me to receive my order, which I was told would only tale 25/30 minutes. Granted, it was a Friday night and there were many other customers, in which case we should be told that orders would take longer than usual. I placed my order at 18:21 and i walked out of that shop exactly an hour later with no apology or explanation of why my order, of just one pizza, too so long. Oh, and top it all of, i received my order with people that had placed their orders WAAAAAY after me. I was order number 165, and the lady who got her pizza before me, had an order number in the 170s.

Another thing, is that none of the orders were being announced. We literally watched pizza boxes being stacked up at the back with ready pizza's but no one was calling them out for people to collect their orders. This didnt make any sense at all to me.

Im never going back to this branch.
