Ordered flowers for my CEO's wife on Valentine's day. CEO confirms this morning flowers was never delivered. Called Netflorest0861300600 number, and first available consultant claims they had a back log for orders before and on Valentine's day. They were not in control of their orders, and orders was blocked on site in order to prevent over flow of orders. HOWEVER it was never blocked as I placed an order on 13/02/2013 via credit card and the order was accepted. It is now 19/02/2013 and NO ONE called to apologize for no delivery of flowers. Meaning R509.90 was from the credit card paid with. I requested a refund or voucher for this purchase, with confirmation and proof of refund. While on the call with Maya Abadar she also confirmed that I as client should call again in 7days to follow up on refund, as she has other things to do??? who's mistake is this, and who is responsible to refund clients? HOW MANY PEOPLE PAID FOR FLOWERS AND NEVER GOT WHAT THEY PAID FOR? because there is "no control" over their order system Maya said. This is unbelievable and unacceptable for a large popular company like Netflorest. I need the MD to call me TODAY, to sort this out. This is!
