RECAPTURING OF ORDER

I placed my order on the 25/01 and it was invoiced the 01/02, apparently when they invoicing the order there was mistake with the system which led to the order being cancelled the 04/02
i called call center 04/02 and spoke to Dudu who saId the error is system related but my order will recaptured the same day and she will sent confirmation of the of the recapture
I called late again and was told the order was not yet recaptured, i should call today which i did but was so sad to hear again that the order not recaptured. I'm working with clients who are waiting for their orders and you guys are playing games
I'm so disgusted with service i'm receiving from the so called call center agents... no one is willing to help, i spoke to Tshepo again who told me that the lady capturing orders is busy capturing 3 other orders and mine will be recaptured when she is done
This is matter of urgency for me i captured my orders correctly but still i'm suffering. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS IT THAT I'M SUPPOSE TO DO NOW, DISSAPOINTED TO THE LAST DEGREE
