Irresponsibility

It was very disappointing for me to experience the service I got from Pick and Pay Campus Square Auckland Park. The lines were very long and the management was sitting in the admin office chatting to each other until an old man went into the office and complained about the service. That is when management stood up and extra cashiers were brought in. One cashier complained about the management not being effective.

Can I plead for an improved service
