Accounts not clearing

I was previously a customer at hi fi corp, i had an account from 2010 which i settled in 2012 in full. to date the account is appearing on my itc as active and still in arrears aswell as being written off now which is standing in my way. i have tried ample time to call and have the matter resolved only to be pushed around from extension to the next. i am highly disappointed at the rate of service to assist me w my problem let alone try explain a way forward.
anyway i hate how it has turned out. i am highly disappointed at the service received with the customer care aswell
