Im a fnb gold cheque account customer of which my account is in good standing with no debit orders never been unpaid. I recently apply for a bond that was decline I have no accounts that is in arrears neither am I blacklisted or have any defaults against my name.the bank just say I don't meet their requirements and infect the bank told me to open up an account of which I did.the response from the bank is arrogant and they didn't bother to return my telephone calls.im really disappointed in fnb.i have appeal the application but stil they don't even consider my facts that I forward to them.the property in question I want to buy is the property that im renting for almost a year and im paying R2800 this they also don't want to take into consideration.i have my jet and Vodacom accounts for 5 months now and im up to date aswell I even in a position to forward my capitec loan account to the bank to proof that I have debt and that im paying it on time this also the bank don't want to take into consideration.the bank forced me to take this route.
