Poor service and pathetic supporting financing

Had to wait for 6 weeks for furniture, still awaiting sleeper couch. I have to always contact the branch. They promise to get back to you but never do. It seems like the branch is doing you a favour. HI-FINANCE being the financing support is something else. After having to go in store 3 times to sort out them deducting the instalment twice. I had to go to the bank and do the reversal. This morning I get a message stating I am in arrears but this account is up to date. So fed up with this service. To top it off a chest i purchased broke. Dont know how long this will take. So disappointed but more with HI FINANCE.
