Unacceptable service

I am in dismel dissapointment at the service provided by Thiography by Thivesan Nayager-We have used his services for our engagment aswell as our pre wedding shoot aswell as at ALL our functions for our wedding dated the 28 July 2012.We were advised it would take up to 8 weeks to recieve our wedding video aswell as out photos to this date i have ONLY recived 5 pictures after 6 months. I have made Numerous calls, sent sms and emails and recieve NO response. We have highly recomended Thiography to 2 of our friends because of the good service we previously recieved 1 of which is due to get married and he has decided to go awol on! Yesterday i sent an email expressing how i felt as this is my wedding memories that i NEVER get back and due to the pathethic service the day will have to be a a vague memory! Is this the sevice we are now getting from service providers in the durban area, more aspecially since this is an up an coming Business. I seem to be wastimg my money call smsing as this is going on deaf ears. I just want to make people aware of service providers as your wedding is once in your life and photography is the 1 thing you depend on.

I am greatly dissapointed.
