Still debting but account suspened

I have a contract with planet fitness gym in claremont cape town. I paid my acc each month, for some or other reason they stopped debiting the money each month. Each month I had to go to the gym to notify them but nothing happened. I then went in arrears with my acc and paid my acc up to date on the 29/09/13. And also Arranged that they set up another debit order month after month to avoid having my account to go in arrears again. Went back to the gym the following month after my debit went off. Only to find that my acc is suspended after they confirmed that the account is up to date. I am really disappointed as this was not my fault and will be greatly appreciated if it can be rectified immediately. As this will have a neg effect on my credit record. I'm highly disgusted on the service and if use don't correct this immediatly legal action will take place and ill make sure the newspaper aswell knows of this that you take my money each month but suspend my account. I promise you I'll take action
