Hi - I bought a Lenovo all in one computer for - R8000 less than a year ago from incredible connection. It was shutting down often so had to take it in for repairs under guarantee. It has been over a month now and I have not received my PC back yet. Who can live without a computer for a month in this modern age?
If I knew it would take so long, I would rather have paid for a local repair shop to fix it and not bothered about the guarantee. There is no feedback about it. I learned that the PC had not even been sent in after a week. Phoning does not help. Incredible connection blames Lenovo and so it would go back and forth. What now...?
