Pre-order date not met - forced me to cancel orde

I pre-ordered Battlefield 4 for PS3 about a month ago and I was so excited to receive my game on the promised delivery date of the 1st November 2013 that I took the day off work to wait for it at home. At around 11:30am Courier It phoned me to tell me that they were only going to deliver to me on Monday the 4th of November. I was obviously not happy with this and phoned CNA Online and held for 9 minutes before being cut off. I phoned again and after holding again for ages I was told that they could not make a plan for me and I would have to wait for Monday so I cancelled the order and drove to CNA Pavilion and bought a copy from them.

My problem is this: With the Pre-order is a code to download the "China Rising" expansion pack which doesn't come with the store bought copy and the only way to get the expansion is by paying R469 for the Premium version of the game. Over and above that is the fact that I paid R70 more for the store bought copy.

I feel that at the very least CNA Online should provide me with the download code for the "China Rising" expansion and refund me R70 as this was their fault not mine. Someone paying before release should be better treated then I was.
