Arrogant supplie

Supplier has an attitude that he does not need to help his customers with problems on refurbished computers that he sells, he states he has enough happy clients so does not want to deal with me, who has a problem. I am not a computer expert and therefore rely on advice and information given to me who i think are experts. I think this supplier does not supplier all the facts to his customers when they are purchasing his product. I purchased a computer with windows 7 pro installed on it, purchased windows 8 pro to upgrade, which when I did this it created problems with the hardware/hard drive on the computer, I have subsequently found out that the unit I purchased is not compatible with windows 8.this created havoc with my computer and it would not work as I thought it should, I have since had the windows 07 pro reinstalled and in the process had my hared drive reformat ed and lost all my business, accounts, emails that was on the hard drive.which Craig has told me is what happens and therefore nothing can be done about it.so being a appi with computer I find this service shocking and will never buy another computer from him, and would suggest others do not either.
