Poor customer service

Hi

My wife has an account & had purchased some items of clothing for me but the sizes were not correct. I went a few weeks later to get the correct sizes. A salesperson assisted me with the correct size. When the exchange was made I was asked to pay an additional R80, which I refused to. I was told by a supervisor and the cashier that a credit could be passed if I bring along my wife's card. She could not make the exchange as she was ill and in bed. When I returned with the card, I was told in an arrogant tone by the manager that she could not do it as it was policy.

My wife then went to the store on Saturday and was told to wait in a long queue to pass the credit.

This is poor service with an attitude. I will never shop again at Mr Price - Dundee. Will be closing my wife's account there very soon
