BAD MANAGEMENT

Was at the shoprite bridge city branch to change an item i had bought that was not working;. spoke to the manager he told me i had to wait for one of the girls too check it i waited there for more 15 minutes before he returned with no care in the world so i decided i want a refund now so he called one of the girls working with such attitude you could swear she was his servant to to the refund he. he doesn't even explained whats going to happened next he goes of and i has to wait yet again for him to sign the slip so i can get the cash. this guy needs to go back and learn how to treat customers and his staff cause he really doesn't know what his doing.
