I purchased an outfit from their store today (02-03-2013) at 12.35pm and even though I bought it for my wife who wasn't with me knew that it was slightly big, but was told by the manageress that if it didn't fit I should bring my wife in and she would exchange it for something else. WHen i got home and my wife looked at it, she confirmed that the size was not right. I called the store at 14.45 to ask if I could exchange it for something else even it means putting alittle extra toward it, and she said no, " i told you the conditions when purchasing." The tags are still on, it hsa NOT been used and it's only been just over 2 hours since the purchase. This is terrible customer service and will NEVER shop there again... and am sure to pass the word around. I purchasres mine and my wife's wedding outfits from the store and thought that the service would be good, but was sadly mistaken. Let the record show that i don't want my money back, just something that fits even if i have to pay extra.
